The relaxation of Yoga Nidra opens the deeper parts of the mind. The practice releases physical, mental and emotional tensions and harmonizes mind, body and spirit. Release of tension and peace of mind are key to transformation and bring an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity. Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest of all meditations; leading awareness through many levels a state of supreme stillness and insight. Experience Yoga Nidra for yourself in a session of very deep, conscious relaxation, with the opportunity to set your intention. No experience in yoga or meditation is necessary. Bring a mat if you have one and a blanket or comforter.

Westminster believes that everyone deserves health and wellness at an affordable price. Pamela Wilson is a certified Yoga teacher, offers free yoga classes at Westminster. Pamela trained at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in Val Morin, Quebec in 1987 with Swami Vishnudevanand, and she is increasingly focused on the therapeutic aspects of yoga, she has additional certifications in various yoga therapies. Teaching for more than 24 years, she currently leads individual and group sessions in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Self-Created Guided.
