The relaxation of Yoga Nidra  opens the deeper parts of the mind. The practice releases physical, mental and emotional tensions and harmonizes mind, body and spirit. Release of tension and peace of mind are key to transformation and bring an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity. Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest of all meditations; leading awareness through many levels a state of supreme stillness and insight.  Experience Yoga Nidra for yourself in a session of very deep, conscious relaxation, with the opportunity to set your intention. No experience in yoga or meditation is necessary.  Bring a mat if you have one and a blanket or comforter.  A donation of $10 is suggested.
